Senior endurance running training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both sessions are at 6-30pm at the University track, Wilberforce Road all year round. Check the Thursday link below for the latest updates on where to go.
Tuesday sessions are typically intervals-based, involving repeated hard efforts with recovery, and are suited to a wider range of abilities. Thursdays also have an interval element, but tending towards continuous running - they will ideally be sub-divided into groups according to speed if possible.
