Hi All,
Managed to sneak in the Palermo Half Marathon last week while on holiday. I thought it was going to be okay as I had tapered hard with a week of no running and plenty of fueling but in the end the race didn't go too well for me.
The course was ok and the second half was interesting, also gaining a good position on the start line was a good physical battle.
The full marathon didn't look that great as it's just two loops of the half course and the roads we begining to semi-open. Also for the half it seemed about .25m long to me.
