What a fine race, what a day and a success for C&C, the sun shone, the breeze was light and a great course, which was mildly undulating, a few more toilets for the women and a better sign for the men’s tardis, otherwise faultless organisation.
Helen and I came down from North Yorkshire and thoroughly enjoyed the race. We would hope to take part again next year. A great route and a nice surprise running out in the country, it was a bit flatter than the Richmond Castle 10 K (18/10/09) and obviously faster, or is it that, we had chance for a bit more training.
The support as always, was fantastic even though we were in different colours.
So again thanks for a great race.
