Beachy Head Marathon

This is an awesome race. I ran for a while with someone who has done 220 marathons and he said this is his favourite.
Unfortunately it isn't very kind if you're trying to wing it with an injury. Was all going well until just after half way but my left leg made the last 10 miles or so a really brutal experience of shuffling, hobbling, walking and running in agony. Simon was very chirpy when he went past me with a couple of miles to go so maybe it is possible to enjoy it the whole way round!
