Bushy parkrun

I was in London on Saturday visiting a friend and in order to sate my Saturday morning racing addiction, I visited Bushy Park, the home of Parkrun. Saturday saw the 6th anniversary of the event and indeed Parkrun itself, and in an appropriate manner, a select group of athletics celebrities attended the pre-race celebrations. Mo Farah and Andy Baddeley were amonst them!

Nearly 700 (which is actually the norm!) other runners joined me for the main event and I flew the C&C colours proudly.
A fantastic event - one I would thoroughly recommend.
