The case of the missing marshal........This was a very friendly event in a very scenic part of the world. It was well marshalled and arrowed up to a crucial point on the return route where a cheery marshal would have directed us inland, had s/he been there. As it was, we - Tim,Fiona and Alex - soldiered on on the sand, which shortly - and shockingly - became shingle. We ended up shinning up a steep bit of clay cliff, but only covered 12.4 miles.
Mandy ended up doing 13.5 miles.
