Fritton Lake Country Park, Yarmouth, Norfolk, Saturday 30th December 2017 - 5 km, 70 finishers; 37 male, 31 female.
Winner: 18:16 M, 22:01 F.

70 ran. A small and friendly affair on woodland paths on one side of the picturesque Fritton Lake. Undulating and cross-country in nature, it felt quite muscle-sapping and tough. Open water swimming an option....not taken up by this contingent of c+c ers.
