  SEAA Road Relay

The South of England Road Relays take place on Sunday 24 March (men's race at 12 noon and women's 1pm) at Stantonbury, Milton Keynes this year.
The men's race has 12 stages, alternating between 8K and 5K, while the women's race is over 6 legs of 5K. Each leg starts at the track at Stantonbury and then follows a course mostly on tarmac paths around the nearby Linford Wood. The event is a highlight of the club road running calendar and a chance to rub shoulders with some of the best in the country. Those of us who did it last year really enjoyed it. The club will pay your entry.
