C&C Boxing Day Run
The results of the C&C Boxing Day Run, over a new course to Coton and back, are now up (thanks Noel for the data). Happy Christmas to all!

Essex League 16th Dec Cancelled
Saturday’s cross-country is off.
(Of course, as dedicated athletes we would never use that as an excuse for an extra drink or three at the party)

C&C Boxing Day Run
Every year we hold the 4 mile C&C Boxing Day Run for Club Members of all ages and abilities. In the past it has been an out and back from Lammas Land to the Trumpington War Memorial. Due to how much busier the roads are getting with traffic, cyclists and walkers, so for your safety, we are moving the race this year. We will start at the University Track on Wilberforce road and do an out and back along the Coton Footpath. We have measured it at 4 miles and should be pretty straightforward and hopefully a bit safer. As usual it will start at 11am. The route is here

Track and Road Session cancelled this evening 12.12.2017
Chris and I have decided to cancel our off-track session tonight. The University have declared the track unsafe and Chris has had a look around the roads near the track. Unfortunately it doesn't look good. All being well there'll be a session next week - and Friday is the awards evening and Christmas party....

Frostbite League CANCELLED

Frostbite #3 Sunday 10th December
Just a reminder that it's the third Frostbite race is on Sunday 10th December at Hinchingbrooke Park, Huntingdon. The junior race starts at 10:15am and the senior 11am, and there will be some people leaving from the track. Probably best to post on the Endurance Runners section on Facebook for lift requests. All welcome, just bring your club vest and wear trail shoes. After a fantastic turnout at the first 2 races we are 4th in the league, so will be great if we can as many out as possible again. It is a great, and sometimes muddy 5 miler around Hinchingbrooke. See you there!
