Hereward Relay
Early news from the Hereward Relay...husband and wife team Alan and Rachel Pritchard both ran the first leg of the relay, with a new start and a slightly longer distance (6.85m) both came away with 1st vet man and 1st vet woman. With Alan bring the team in 5th overall and Rachel 2nd lady.

Essex League - Horseheath
I've attached directions and details of the races - timings, categories etc - for our home leg of The Essex League cross-country, at Horseheath point-to-point racecourse on Saturday (19th Nov). It's a cracking course and enormous fun, as well as a stern test of your fitness. Recommended!
