November 2006

Hereward Relay
A brilliant win for the elite Women's team - Vicky, Kim, Fiona and Ellen. Ten filthy C&C teams did themselves and the club proud, as did harassed organiser Glyn. The support from non-runners and runners alike was superb. Photos up in the events section. Team results here.

Hot News
CCAC Road Runners etc December Social Event
Friday 1st December start at the Pickerel (Bridge St) 19.30 for 20.00 for genteel chats and for the young or not so young dancing after, Glyn says "are the Dorothy tea and dance rooms still open" (now known as Borders bookshop for the non-locals) or does he need to put his cotton wool into his ears again and go to those loud clubs.

Hope to see as many as possible

Frostbite
We are now in 5th place seniors and 4th Juniors. An excellent turn-out for junior girls (let down by boys!). Apart from Michael Salt, where were our front-running senior men?
